里約熱內盧格雷別墅 (Vila Galé Rio de Janeiro)

Hotel muito bom, atendimento ótimo por parte dos funcionários . Alguns sinais de desgaste em especial nos colchões das espreguiçadeiras da piscina gosto muito do hotel , mas não entendi se recusarem a servir almoço nas mesas da varanda , porém poderiam servir petiscos e comer de garfo e faca me pareceu uma regra sem sentido . Ou seja : porção de aipom com filé aperitivo ok , um bife com batatas somente para comer no quarto

리우 시내 중심가에 있는 호텔입니다 수연장이 인상적이였네요 걸어거 성당이랑 계단으로 갈수있는 위치여서 좋았네요 해변이랑은 많이 떨어져있습니다 야간에는 조금 위험해 보이지만 한블럭만 나가면 바,레스토랑이 많이있어 그리 위험해 보이지는 않았네요

Tudo bom mas música no restaurante demasiado alta

Nos gostamos bastante. É bonito, bem localizado, bom café da manhã, agradável, funcionários solícitos, ótimo custo benefício. O único ponto negativo é que a cortina do nosso quarto estava um pouco suja, a do restaurante de café da manhã tbm. Foi tudo perfeito, mas se alguém se atentar aos detalhes será melhor ainda.

Tive uma excelente estadia. Escolhi pela arquitetura diferenciada. A chegada foi um pouco atribulada devido a um grupo grande, mas a equipe foi propositiva na organização. As equipes são muito profissionais e acolhedoras. A piscina é um espetáculo à parte. Os quartos são confortáveis. Recomendo.

Gente, Vila Galé Rio de Janeiro, é simplesmente fantástico. Pessoa da Recepção, camareira, garçom…. Atendimento ímpar. Check-in demorado, devido ao excesso de burocracias, em contrapartida o check-out foi super rápido. Indico a todos. Localização do hotel é insegura para sair à noite andando pela rua, porém, como usei Uber/99 para locomoção foi super tranquilo. Acesso fácil aos principais pontos turístico do Rio de Janeiro.

Ótima localização para explorar a Lapa e o centro do Rio de Janeiro. O apartamento é muito agradável. As camas são confortáveis e a limpeza é ótima. O restauranteboferece refeições de qualidade com.preco.justo. O deque da piscina oferece um ambiente perfeito.para relaxamento e entretenimento com música de qualidade , mas tem tem um problema de vazamento de água nos boxes de banho Essa foi a minha terceira hospedagem nessa propriedade nesse ano o mesmo problema aconteceu nas três vezes, nos três apartamentos diferentes. Apesar do problema, eu recomendo o Vila Galé da Lapa, no Rio de Janeiro, para os meus amigos.

We booked two rooms with the hotel: a junior suite and a standard. The suite was very spacious and opened up to the street. The windows did a good job of blocking sound so the street didn’t disturb our sleep at night. They had a parking garage that charges R$33 per day and was able to accommodate our Jeep Commander. What is warranting this poor review was the hotel staff. Upon check-in they had informed us that one of our rooms wasn’t paid for even though i had already been charged by the booking agency. He said that we had opted for pay later and they hadn’t received the payment from the booking agency. I told them that my card had been charged by the booking agency but he insisted that it was likely a hold on the card to secure the room. I’d suggested to call the booking agency but he insisted that it wouldn’t be necessary (he didn’t seem worried so I assumed he had experience with this). Come to find that I was charged twice for this room and the booking agency has been trying to get in contact with the hotel for over a week with no response. This seems like FRAUD. The second issue. Upon checkout of our suite, the lady checking us out requested a gratuity payment for the included breakfast… she estimated that based on the value of their breakfast that the suggested 10% gratuity would come out to R$180 per person. That would make their self-service breakfast be valued hire than Michelin restaurants in the area. She tried to ask the other party that was traveling with us but when I came closer she gave up. I’m wondering if this is hotel policy or if the staff at this hotel are actually running scams from the front desk. I am still trying to get a hold of them about the double charge.

Excelente acomodação, ótimo atendimento, limpeza e café da manhã. Super recomendo, custo benefício.
